What are eyelash extensions? 

Eyelash extensions are a cosmetic make up application used to enhance the length, curl, fullness, and thickness of natural eyelashes. It is semi-permanent fibers that are attached to the natural eyelashes. You will feel no pain or discomfort when applied properly. Eyelash application is very relaxing and can sometimes put you to sleep or if you need to share your life story with someone, our lash technician will be there for you!

What is considered new set or fill?

You must have at least 40% or more lashes left on your appointment day to be considered a fill otherwise it will be a new set. 

Can my lash extension be removed?

Yes, it can be removed anytime. The process may take up to 15-30 minutes using a lash remover gel. 

Can I still wear eye shadow/make up?

Yes, but most clients do not feel the need to apply eye make-up. The lash extensions will give your eyes life! However, you can still use eye shadow or eye liner as usual, be advised those products contain oil which will loosen the extension adhesive. When make up is used, we recommend wiping it off with oil-free make up and use our lash cleanser “Hazel” (hyperlink).

Can I get my lash extensions wet?

We recommended to keep your extensions away from getting wet 24 hours after your appointment. It is waterproof however if constant shower wash can cause your lash to fall off prematurely. 

How do I care for my lash extensions?

Avoid wearing oil based eye make up, wait 24 hours to get them wet, gently comb the tips of your extensions with the spoolie brush provided each appointment to straighten and "fluff" it, do not rub, pick or your it, do not sleep on it, clean it several times a week using our LASH CLEANSER + BRUSH and LASH FAN. Lastly, extreme heat ex: Sauna, tanning beds, hot steam will cause the adhesive to loosen. 

Do I have to do anything to prepare for the lash extension service?

Please remove eye make up prior to your appointment. We still recommend to wear a face covering on your appointment however if you are fully vaccinated, it is not required. The forms of payment we accept are cash, Venmo and Zelle.
